Information you submit
When you use an assessment form, the site collects the name, phone number, optional email address, and message you provide. It also records the source page, submission time, browser user agent, IP address, referral information, and available campaign parameters. These technical details support lead review, delivery troubleshooting, attribution, and spam prevention.
Phone-link analytics and call recording
When a phone link is selected, the site records a first-party event containing the page, time, browser user agent, and IP address. After a permanent tracking number is activated, calls will be handled through LeadVouch. The caller hears “This call is recorded for training and quality purposes.” at the beginning of the call. Call audio, caller number, time, duration, source attribution, and voicemail may be retained for training, quality, lead review, attribution, and follow-up.
How information is used
Information is used to review the request, follow up, measure website performance, prevent abuse, and improve lead handling. A request may be shared with a local service provider who can respond to the described skylight, roof-opening, glazing, flashing, repair, replacement, or daylight-planning need. Information is not sold as a general-purpose marketing list.
Storage and access
Assessment requests and phone-link events are stored on the website's private server. Call data and recordings are stored in the separate LeadVouch system when enabled. Access is limited to authorized owner, administration, agent, and hosting accounts. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and deletion
Assessment lead records are kept for up to 24 months from submission. LeadVouch call metadata, call recordings, and voicemail messages are kept for up to 365 days from the call date. Records may be removed sooner when no longer needed or after an approved deletion request. Backup copies expire through the scheduled archive rotation rather than being edited in place.
Email notifications
The site uses an email-delivery provider to notify the owner about assessment requests and to send owner login codes. A notification failure does not remove the lead copy stored on the private website server. The provider processes message details only as needed to deliver the email.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics will be used after the dedicated site property is configured. It may measure page views, general device and browser information, approximate location, traffic source, assessment completions, and phone-link selections. Form names, phone numbers, email addresses, and messages are not sent as analytics event values. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit a form. To request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected] with enough detail to identify the form request or call. After verification, approved deletions are applied to the active record, controlled exports, and LeadVouch data. Backup copies expire through normal archive rotation. Requests are reviewed against applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Who controls the records
SF Web Tech controls the domain, website, and stored lead records. A local service provider may receive the details needed to respond, but does not receive ownership of the website, domain, repository, lead database, analytics property, call records, or agent credentials.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when lead handling, analytics, call routing, service-provider relationships, or legal requirements change. The date above will be revised when that happens.
